Not a great health day — skipped the gym, ate like crap, and haven’t been drinking enough water. Calling it a recovery day and moving on.

Praxis

Got the raw and analysis pipelines up and running on praxis today. Trying to get the full v3 shipped by tonight.

Praxis is an AI-managed research system I’m building for trading. The core insight driving it: my problem as a trader isn’t that I lack conviction — it’s that I can’t pull the trigger big on positions even when I believe in them. The fix isn’t to become smarter. It’s to be faster. Move quicker than the long-term guys, but with serious AI-driven research underpinning every decision rather than gut feel.

The specific edge I’m going after: nobody is paying attention to sub-$10M microcaps. There are hundreds of them, and any serious human analyst would take hours to properly evaluate one. Praxis can do a full deep dive in under five minutes. That’s not just a productivity gain — it’s a structural arbitrage. A long-term investor who knows a stock well still has to sit down and piece together the thesis. By the time they do, I’ve already been through the whole universe.

AI games

Also brainstorming a side project: a deceptive AI strategy game. Multiplayer, dropped into some kind of open world populated by AI agents. The mechanic is social manipulation — you bribe, negotiate, deceive, and scheme your way to the top. Think of it as a game that makes the AI the terrain rather than the enemy.

The broader thesis here is that there’s a real gap in AI games — especially anything that combines genuine fun with something educative. Nobody has really built for this moment yet. Planning to start on this tonight alongside the praxis push.
